The Royal Textile Academy of Bhutan is managed by a Board of Trustees under the guidance of Her Majesty Ashi Sangay Choden Wangchuck,  who is the Chairperson. The Board meets every three months to review the progress and take decision on important matters. The day to day affairs is managed by the Executive Director and the Administrative Staff. The RTA envisions to set up an ideal working space conducive to learning and striving for excellence
